Every two years, more than 120 members of the South Carolina Golf Course Ratings Panel vote to determine the state’s best public-access golf courses. While many familiar names return in 2025, this year’s list also features notable first-time additions, including two coastal courses making their debut in the Panel’s 21-year history.
